This 12-week program is designed to give you all the tools you need to achieve your goals. It's part nutrition education, part Sugar-Detox/Relationship-with-food-Revamp, part support group, part personal coaching, and part lifestyle design -- a super empowering combination!

The NEW YOU package is specifically designed to guide you through the first 3-months on your health journey. Each consultation, class, and interaction is specifically crafted to help you toward your health or nutrition goals. You’ll learn all about how your digestion supports over all health, how blood sugar balance is key to your success, and why eating healthy fats doesn’t make you fat (and can actually help you lose weight!) all while connecting to a community of like-minded people who will be able to help support you along the way. Through a combination of private, one-on-one sessions, a community group class, and specific lifestyle and dietary recommendations that are unique to you and your goals, you will learn how to develop a lifestyle you love and cultivate the healthy life you’ve dreamed of. And, if group classes are not quite your thing, no problem - you can simply select the “private sessions” option when purchasing your package and I’ll teach each class session with you one-on-one. I operate under the assumption and philosophy that THERE IS NO ONE-SIZE-DIET-FITS-ALL! And, there is no one-size-diet-fits-you-for-all-time. We are all bio-individual beings, and this means we cannot operate with a cookie-cutter approach and expect success; we have to take each person’s unique needs into consideration before implementing a plan of action. That is what this 3-month package is all about!

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, my goal is to support your body from the ground up. Focusing on rebuilding your body's nutritional Foundations for Health (diet, digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acid balance, mineral balance, and hydration) along with your lifestyle Foundations for Health (sleep, relationships, movement, and relaxation) will help your body do what it was designed to do: enjoy vibrant health. Remember, your “diet” is not just what you eat; it is what you watch, what you read, and what you interact with on a regular basis. This program is designed to help you develop a great “diet” for life!

  • 12 weeks of support from me (Serina)!

  • 5x 90-min RESTART class sessions - including your own Relationship-with-food-Revamp/SUGAR DETOX with private Basecamp group, a built-in support group (aka your class mates!), workshop materials, cookbook, 3-month paper journal, and snacks (prepared by me!)

  • 8x Food Journal review or Q&A sessions (15-min. each -- 1x per "off" week between consultations)

  • 2x Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire and review of Symptom Burden Analysis (“SBG”) to show illustrate where you’re starting from (so you can see where you’re going! 1 at the beginning, 1 at the end.)

  • Access to our interactive Client Portal (Practice Better) for extras and PDF resources with the ability to manage your schedule and track invoices online through your personal scheduler (inside of your client portal)

  • Personalized Therapeutic Foods/Supplement Schedule/Goals chart and coaching sessions after your Sugar-Detox/Relationship-with-food-Revamp to help you with food re-introductions and super specifically dialing in YOUR perfect diet to move forward into your goals.

WEEK 0: Getting Started
Initial Consultation, paperwork review, game planning session, and baseline Functional Evaluation (in-office).

First week of your RESTART course: Preparing for your Sugar Detox, meeting your support group, and digging into the development of your health and wellness goals. Personal food journal review between sessions.
